Hello all! My name is Elizabeth. I am a single mother 3 wonderful children. I am divorced and have been on my own for 5 years now. I am currently in nursing school with 2 years left, work as a nurse aide at a local hospital and bartend on the side. I have been renting a home for 3 years now from a very nice lady, who is also a real estate agent. Her husband died and she has not been able to sell any homes since. She called me this morning and informed me that she will have to sell my home immediately because she needs the money. She did give me an option to buy. The home is worth $165k but she will let me buy it for $135k just to get rid of it. The only thing left for me at this point is faith! Not only is my credit bad because of a chronic illness I have suffered for 10 years now, I don't make enough to qualify for the loan I need....I really don't know what to do, and I don't have the heart to tell my children that we are losing the only home we've ever really known....PLEASE HELP ME!!!!
